Workshop Description

The ETAP Real-Time Infrastructure Foundation course is the starting point for mastering ETAP Real-Time (RT) systems. It establishes the essential knowledge and technical skills required to install, configure, and deploy a standard ETAP Real-Time environment.

This course serves as the mandatory prerequisite for all upcoming and future ETAP Real-Time training programs.
Successful completion of the Foundation Certification Exam is required before advancing subsequent ETAP Real-Time courses.

System Requirements:

To ensure a smooth and productive training experience, the following special requirements must be met prior to the start of the ETAP Real-Time Infrastructure Foundation course:

  • Local Administrator Privileges
    Participants must have full local administrator rights on their training workstation to install ETAP, configure communication drivers, and modify system settings as needed.
  • Reliable Internet Connection to connect to the ETAP Cloud License Server
  • Operating System (64-bit): Microsoft Windows® 11 Professional, Server 2022 Standard, or Server 2019 Standard.
  • 32 GB RAM Recommended

Who should attend

  • This course is designed for ETAP Real-Time Solution Integrators and System Administrators responsible for deploying and maintaining ETAP Real-Time systems.
  • It is recommended for engineers who have completed prior ETAP workshops or are proficient with the core functionalities of ETAP.
  • Engineers should also be familiar with SCADA systems or have practical experience using similar automation or monitoring platforms.
