After selling ETAP since 1998 in Venezuela, where we sold the biggest corporate license of ETAP in Latin America so far, we expanded to Spain in 2003 founding Genin & Garcés, S.L. We were in charge of the first translation of ETAP to Spanish, we did the first training outside of ETAP headquarters and in Spanish, and we have done more than 100 trainings all over Spain. We have sold +400 perpetual licenses to companies in Spain and +370 powerlab user licenses to the main universities of the country. Our main clients and market areas are engineering consulting, EPC and renewable energies. We offer our customers a comprehensive strategy that encompasses processes, trainings, and personalized follow-ups. Our support is 360º, providing installation consultation, usage consultation, and answering engineering inquiries.

Regarding ETAP, we have four main units: Sales (We listen to our customers needs and offer the ETAP products which adapts the best to them), Technical Support (We provide installation consultation, usage consultation, and answering engineering inquiries), ETAP Training (we offer both tailor-made and open trainings throughout the year) and ETAP Business development (we look for new opportunities and companies who will become more efficient and safe thanks to ETAP top-tier electrical software solutions).

Expertise

Representing and distributing ETAP in Spain since 2003, G&G offers integrated solutions for industrial plant design and increases project productivity. It offers consulting services specializing in electrical studies as well as support 360º, guiding our clients before, during and after the purchase of ETAP products.
